Previously working in finance for many years, Maite Conde decides to turn to the antiques world in 2002. After a first experience as a partner in an eclectic antique gallery, she opens her own showroom in Madrid in 2012. Specialized in French and Swedish decorative antiques from the 18th to the 20th centuries, she mixes pieces of different periods, styles and materials with a keen eye for quality, beauty and singularity. Works from contemporary Spanish artists are also shown in her gallery. Maite Conde ANTIQ & DECO is member of the Madrid Antique Dealers' Association and the Spanish Antique Dealers' Federation.
